- goreTERMS:- All prices and payments are in USD.- Payments must be made upfront and in full before the commission is started.- Commissions are non-refundable, but please feel free to ask for revisions.- All commissions include a maximum of two (2) free revisions of sketches until approval, and then one (1) additional revision for the coloring stage. Additional revisions or redesigns past these will have an added $15 revision fee added to the commission fee. Total reworks of the commission after the sketch process will cost the amount of the original work.- I will send you work-in-progress sketches for you to approve before moving on to line-art and coloring. I will send an additional WIP for the coloring stage for approval before finalizing the commission.- I will not continue the commission until I have received your approval for either stage, so please understand that this can delay the completion time for the artwork.- My current turn-around time for commissions are estimated at 1-4 weeks. I work a full-time job irl and can only work on art part-time. Most of the time it will not take that long, but please understand and be patient with me.- Currently my commissions are for personal use only. Use in Twitch streams is OK, but you are not allowed to create merch using my art/design.- All rights to commissioned artwork belong solely to me, the artist. You are not allowed to redistribute, edit, or sell my art, or claim it as your own.- Posting your commission online is perfectly fine, but please credit me using at least one of the following methods: including my @geekandgloom handle, linking to my carrd (https://geekandgloom.carrd.co), or using the watermarked version of your commission (which will be included alongside the high-res unmarked version in your completed file pack).- My art is not allowed to be minted, tokenized, or sold as NFT.- My art is not permitted to be used for any kind of AI program.- I, as the artist, have the right to maintain credit to the commissions and post them on my own accounts for promotional or any other reasons.
